I loved the products that I received . The pashminas that I have received are very good quality but honestly there was no update post the payment and till the order was received .i would have much appreciated a clarity of approximate delivery . As also the terms abs conditions to return or exchange are not clear at all . I wish to exchange one piece whose colour has got duplicated with a piece I had from before . I located the number from web and called . The gentleman seems to be very polite and accommodating but I still have not received any update on it . I wish there could be a better communication between the buyer and the seller . I have liked more stuff from the site but somehow now not feeling too feee to place the order .
