I want to lose weight and am trying to stay in shape. I start with big plans and high spirits, with an 'I will do it attitude', ignoring the mocks my friends were showering upon me. (Can't blame them,they know me too well for that! ).Within a couple of days of my exercise routine, I lost the motivation to keep up and ended up not going for any daily routine.There I was, back again with nothing accomplished.

It does!! It is as much about me as you and for many more!! So to cut out on my weight and my laziness for that, I found this easy; on the go solution.

A lazy way to lose weight!! It burns hundreds of calories even if you are just sitting down on your computer, working and lying around. Not only does it aid you in your weight loss but it also increases your metabolism which eventually helps in weight loss while keeping you energetic all day long.

You will be needing:

  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup ( 8 oz or 237 ml ) Water

Directions:

1) Take 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey; 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey is recommended.

2) Boil 1 cup (8 oz or 237 ml) of water.

3) Pour the boiling water on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.

4) Add honey when the water is cool/warm.

Never add honey to hot water as the heat destroys the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.

5) Drink half of this mix before going to bed.

The other half should be covered and refrigerated.

6) Drink the other half in the morning on an empty stomach.

Take care:

  • Do not re-heat the mix in the morning.
  • Do not add any flavors in this mixture.
  • And this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.

For the lazy me and likes; an effective weight loss remedy with the sweetness of honey.
