Product description inadequate

Very disappointing, the product description and actual delivery does not match. The online catalogue should have details of an item just like amazon does. I was under the impression that I am buying a proper winter woolen scarf but what was delivered was a very thin piece of cloth called scarf by experts in KB, which is absolutely shocking!
