Usage Instructions
Add the desired amount of Mawal powder to a saucepan and pour in an appropriate amount of water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes. As it simmers, the Mawal powder will release its vibrant red pigment into the water, creating a natural food coloring. After simmering, strain the liquid to remove any residue, leaving behind the red-colored solution. Your homemade Mawal food coloring is now ready to enhance a variety of dishes.
