The kashmiri red chilli powder is really good and a bit spicer then usual besides its very versetile in nature as it combines with non kashmiri dishes as well.
Happy to see authentic kashmiri chillies online otherwise the other chilli powder brands are just not good enough or authentic !
Am happy with the purchase. However, I believed that the kashmiri chilli wld be high on color and less pungent. Turns out it is spicy as well. The powder lends a beautiful golden tinge to the gravy.
