Product Overview
Cherished in both Kashmiri and Italian kitchens for centuries, Kashmiri Cranberry Beans, also known as Thule Rajma Dal, are renowned for their speckled appearance and nutritional significance. These beans encapsulate the essence of wholesome goodness originating from Kashmir.
The beans have a soft light brown color with beautiful purplish-pink speckles. Their rounder shape distinguishes them from regular kidney beans. They offer a slightly sweeter flavor compared to other legumes, coupled with a creamier texture that enhances the mouthfeel of culinary creations.
Rich in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients, these beans are an excellent addition to a healthy diet. The high protein content supports muscle growth and repair, while the abundant fiber aids in digestion and helps maintain a healthy gut. Furthermore, these beans are packed with vitamins and minerals that contribute to overall well-being.
Their versatility makes them a staple in a variety of dishes across different cuisines. In Kashmiri cuisine, they are often used in traditional recipes such as Rajma, a hearty bean stew flavored with aromatic spices. In Italian cuisine, they make a delightful addition to pasta dishes, soups, stews, and salads.
These premium grade rajma beans are carefully selected, sorted, cleaned, and tested under personal supervision to ensure exceptional quality. We, along with our farmers, uphold the highest standards of purity for our product.
