Himalayan Rock Salt is the natural supplement for salt, commonly known as table salt or sendha namak in India. Rock Salt is the purest type of salt found in India, thus it is costlier than the common salt. Rock Salt is not iodized and is crystal-like the color varying from pink to red to orange depending on the source of origin. It has proven to be a better substitute for common salt being chemically unprocessed and rich in minerals which do not cause health problems like blood pressure etc.
