Disappointment experience with KashmirBox

I had high hopes for KashmirBox, but unfortunately, the product I received didn’t meet my expectations. The fabric was thin, and after wearing it just twice, it started to develop pills. When I received the package, there was a strong odor, so I had to send it for dry cleaning before even trying it on. In contrast, I’ve had Kashmiri Phirans for years that are much better in quality with no signs of wear or pilling. I’m disappointed with my purchase from KashmirBox.
