It’s unfortunate that a phiran has come in wrong size . Last year I purchased one and fitted perfectly , so I was quite surprised to find it in a smaller size. And it seems I can’t exchange or return. I unaware of the policy of returning within seven days as I was travelling. If the customer can patiently wait for arrival of your products , I think it’s quite unfair to have policy like that. I ll be happy if I can exchange it , because all your products are really beautiful and wroth a purchase
