Got a sorry instead of the item

I orderd the stitched suit on 13th of December. Time and again I asked the customer executive if they could deliver it by 29th , everytime they assured me that it will be delivered and on 28th afternoon they just replied with a sorry. I wanted to gift the suit. It caused me huge inconvinience. Please don't order from them as they are not trustworthy.
