A rich textured colorful legume, native to the valley of Kashmir, the Dried Baegle is a type of pulse similar to the Channa Dal, only different in color and taste. Channe Baegle is considered to be one of the favourite dals of Kashmir, loved more in winters. The lentils are halved to reduce the preparation time and cooked with dried bottle gourd; their distinct flavor leaving everyone craving for more and more!
